Results: When we put the heated pectinase in one applesauce cup and the non-heated pectinase in the other applesauce cup there was more pecton in the heated pectinase’s graduated cylinder. At the end of mearsuring for 6:30 minutes heated pectinase had 23mL and the non-heated had 11mL.
